My team worked on creating solitary bee nesting services for farmers to increase their production while also helping to conserve solitary bee species. Our project was selected into the top 3 out of the 25 teams in our SDG 14 & 15 track.
We co-created innovative initiatives through human-centered design thinking – a process that focuses on the real needs of the people that the solution caters to. Through intercultural collaboration used innovation and design thinking methodology to develop solutions to the most crucial issues we are facing today.
UNLEASH enables young people to create solutions, become leaders, and drive networks to help reach the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The GLobal Innovation Lab took place in the state of Karnataka in India, from the December 3rd – 10th.
